 This picture was taken on Andrew’s birthday, two weeks ago, at a play centre.

 I absolutely love the brightness of this picture - the bright background and the lovely bright faces of my mother and Michael (17months).

Your Favorite Things!!

The Prize is a Stampin for the weekend candy box!!

So here is my Favourite Things card:

I love this card (Since it’s all my favorite things) Well lets see, my favourite things are: Pearls, Glitter, Lace, Ribbon, Flowers, Pins, polkadots and light color pink with maroon!

I used a Lilly of the Vally stamp, I colored it with the following Copics:

E37, E35, E33 and E53 - for the bear

RV13, RV11, RV10 and RV34, RV32 and RV0 (pinks) - for all the flowers and the paper around the flowers. 

R21 and E00 - for the envelope and tag 

 V06, V04 and V01 (purple) - for some of the flowers 

 G17, G14 and G12 - for the grass

Y15 and Y11 - for the inside of the flowers 

W3 - for the shadow around the stamp

Here are some flowers and pins I brought from Wild Orchid Crafts.

This is a close up picture of the pearls.

The lace and ribbon, which is one of my favourite things. I just love lace!!!

Happy Birthday Card for Andrew and DT card for Paper Play Challenge

Hello everyone! Yes I’m back with another card for Paper Play Challenge! 

I gave this card as a birthday card to my brother Andrew, who turned six on the 15th of June. 

This week’s Challenge at Paper Play Challenge is......

Stars and Stripes!!

So here is my card:

Andrew wanted to have a “space” birthday cake, so I thought this will go well with it!

He really liked it!!

I used a stamp from Di’s Digi Downloads and colored it with the following Copics:

B05, B02 and B000 - for the blues on the image 

E37, E35, E33 and E53 - for the bear’s skin 

R20, R21 and E00 - for the mouse’s skin and the bear’s shoes

R20, R21 and E00 - for the little bear’s hat and some fireworks 

G17, G14 and G12 - for all the green on the image 

W3 - for a shadow around the stamp.

I put a red button in each corner.

Happy Birthday Princess!

Hello everyone, I hope your’e all doing well! Today I would like to share with you my dear little sister Danika’s 8th birthday that was on Tuesday!

I can’t believe my little sister is no longer so little, she grew up SO fast!

The day my only sister was born was one of the best days of my life! I was still little myself, and my parents didn’t know if their unborn baby was a boy or a girl. I remember praying each night for the baby to be a girl! She was a difficult birth, which was planned to be a home birth. But after some complications she was born naturally in a hospital. 

This is my dear sister Danika on her birthday!

It is the first year she did not have a party and went out for dinner with my parents. Since my birthday is next month, I went with them!

Danika also started a blog!!!!

She has one post on for now and will have much more soon!!

Lemon and Lime Card For Stampin For The Weekend Challenge!

Hello everyone! Yes I’m here again, for my third posting in three days!!

It is Friday and that means a new Challenge at Stampin for the Weekend!

This weeks theme is..............

Lemon and Lime!

So we want to see a colour combo of yellow and green!

Here is my Lemon and Lime card:

I really like this card, it’s a lot different from my normal cards and my mother loves it!!

I used a stamp that a dear friend gave me, it’s a rubber stamp from Di’s Digs Downloads and I just loved it! I colored her with the following Copics:

E37, E35, E33 and E53 - For her hair, bottom part of her shoes and the little cat.

R20, R21 and E00 - for the girl’s skin

 Y15, Y11 and Y00 - for her yellow dress and shoes

G17, G14 and G12 - for the girl’s green stockings and ribbon in her hair

W3 - for a shadow around the stamp

The flowers and pins are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I also decorated the card with some yellow pearls.
